TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MEMBER AGREEMENT

Effective Date: December 1, 2025
By enrolling as a member and participating in the WRE Member Benefits Program (the “Program”), you agree to abide by the following Terms, Conditions, Policies & Procedures. These terms constitute a legally binding membership agreement that governs access to the Member Benefits platform, use of member-only resources, and protection of the company’s intellectual property and operational integrity.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Must be 18 years or older and a legal U.S. resident
  • Requires valid name, email, and user account creation
  • Membership becomes active upon acceptance of the digital agreement
  • Participants must use their legal name and may not operate under fictitious identities
  • Only one account per individual or business entity is permitted

2. Membership & Benefits

  • Membership is FREE for all eligible individuals
  • Access includes but is not limited to:
    • partner-discounted products and services
    • special promotional member offers
    • digital resources and tools
    • educational content
    • business, consumer, and lifestyle services made available via third-party providers
  • Benefits are subject to availability and may be changed, suspended, or removed at the discretion of WRE Member Benefits or any participating partner
  • WRE does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes for members

3. Member Conduct & Ethical Standards
Members must:

  • Operate with integrity and professionalism
  • Avoid harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading communications
  • Not abuse or spam other members
  • Not engage in scraping, data harvesting, or unauthorized data use

WRE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Marketing, Branding & Communications

  • Any public use of the WRE, Weekly Real Estate News, or WRE Member Benefits name, logo, or brand elements requires prior written approval
  • Members may not imply employment or partnership with WRE
  • Public communications referencing the program must be factual and not misleading

5. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information is protected according to WRE’s Privacy Policy
  • By enrolling, you consent to data usage as outlined in that policy
  • WRE may contact members with benefit announcements, updates, or service notices

6. Limitation of Liability

WRE Member Benefits, its officers, agents, or partners shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • business interruption
  • loss of data
  • reliance on benefits or discounts

Membership is voluntary and provided “as-is.”

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Step 1: Good-faith attempt at informal resolution
  • Step 2: Mediation (Utah)
  • Step 3: Binding arbitration under AAA or JAMS in Salt Lake County, Utah
  • Class actions and jury trials are waived

8. Compliance With Laws

Members must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws
Any misuse of membership or violation of terms may result in termination

9. Policy Modifications

  • WRE may update policies at any time
  • Members will be notified via platform and/or email
  • Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms

10. Definitions

Member: Any individual with a member access to WRE Benefits
Benefit: A discount, offer, or resource made available to members
Partner Offer: A service or special rate provided through a third-party provider

11. Legal Notices

  • This agreement does not establish employment, partnership, or agency status
  • Severability: If any clause is invalidated, the remainder stands
  • This agreement constitutes the full and final understanding between you and WRE
